HOW CAN I CONTACT THE Bee Sensation?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We process orders 7 days a week. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to package your order and give it over to our shipping partners. You will then receive a tracking number for your order via email shortly after dispatch. If you did not receive a tracking number, please check your emails 'spam' or contact us

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery time depends on various things such as country of origin, customs clearance etc. On average our orders take 9-20 days but in rare cases it may take 15-30 days.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS OR TAXES?

The prices displayed on our website are tax free. We do our best to dispatch your order in such a way as to avoid any extra fees but in some cases fees may apply. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We have a 14-day return policy. If you receive your order and you are not happy with it, please contact us immediately. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and any photographs of the problem you can provide. A representative from our team will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE?

Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your request. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
